I was very happy with my experience using Jay as our real estate agent. He is knowledgeable of the real estate market in area we were purchasing, and that local knowledge was invaluable during purchasing this house. Jay also have a wealth of resources and contacts he has built in the area, which is very helpful after getting our inspections report. Jay was able to get contractors to come out and checkout any red flags that came up on the inspection. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting someone that will really be looking out for your needs and have your back throughout the entire home buying process.
