Jay has been a friend for many years. Jay has taken care of our real estate needs several times. He listed and sold our home in Cabana Beach in 2016, he helped us as we purchased an investment property and a building lot for another house as we down sized. In 2021 the market for a house with beach and bay access rose significantly and Jay listed and sold that house. He assisted us as we purchased a condo on a Marina for our residence and another investment property. Jay has always given us sound advise in selling and purchasing properties. From the sale of our first house till now. I was a police officer and my wife was a nurse. We had a good income but we were not wealthy. But with Jays help we have made good real estate investments.
