We have sold and purchased at least 10 properties in Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, and Foley over the last 10 years . We started with our primary residence of 20 years in Ft Morgan. Jay helped us sell that property, we purchased an investment condo and built a smaller house in the same neighborhood, with Jays help we sold that house at the high point of the market and purchased 2 more properties.
